Madelene Göras and Tom Sandholm have started Goeras Football Education after many years of experiences in football and sport. As we see it, we will be filling a vacuum in football education in Sweden.
"After more than 10 years as a footballer at elite level, three years as coach and business area manager at Svenska Fotbollsakademin AB, and as a graduate coach from the Swedish School of Sport and Health Sciences, I now feel ready to start and run my own educational company in the field of football. It is a challenge and an inspiration! To be involved in other people's personal development and see their joy when they succeed, is a fantastic feeling that gives me the motivation to go to work every day.
The most skilled football coaches should be active in youth football. A football player’s foundations are built up during the first part of his or her football career. It is therefore important that the player receives broad-based and high quality training from an early age. Female football players need more women role models in football, role models they can identify with.
Goeras Football Education is aimed equally at girls and boys. We have both men and women instructors. Our instructors are skilled, committed and very enthusiastic about contributing to other people’s development.

"Being involved in starting a professional training organisation in and for football has long been something of a dream for me.
I have been involved in sport all of my life, professionally and as a hobby, primarily football, where I have been coach, team leader, member of the board, chairman of the board of a football club and so on. During the past 10 years I have worked as club manager at Boo FF and most recently as sales manager at Svenska Fotbollsakademin AB.
In my professional life I have started up and run my own company selling consultancy services, IT systems and training, mainly in the fields of IT and management, to the business sector.
Clubs and organisations need support and experience of running operations, and this is where I hope that Goeras Football Education can make a contribution. I am filled with energy and determination to show how a good training company should operate on the market.
